I feel completely paralyzed today. Well, today and most of last week. My Picasa 3 is completely frozen and won't open, so I can't upload my pics to it and it's making me completely insane. From the looks of the posts online, many people are having issues with it and I'm not sure what to do at this point. I can still download my pics, but it takes a ton more effort and makes it difficult to view them. I was hoping it would just correct itself, but so far that's not happening. Anyone else experience this and have a magical fix? I'd HATE to lose years worth of folders and starred pics - ugh.
We're coming off of an awesome weekend, which makes Monday that much harder. It's snowing everyday here and we sledded for hours between yesterday and Saturday. Tom built a ramp in the middle of the snow hill on the side of our house that we were flying over yesterday. Man, was that fun. The girls went down together and then I came chasing after them headfirst on one of the tubes and Katie was laughing so hard I thought she was gonna throw up - LOL! We also had a Wall-E movie night, a trip to Menards to dream about putting cultured stone on our fireplace, and a lovely lunch out where the kids got to use their funny face sticker books (similar to this) - it made lunch out SO much easier with them.
I also worked on some cute new Valentine jewelry pieces that I hope to have up by tomorrow and I started work on my new Valentine digi kit and treat set that I'll have up soon, too - yeay!
I'm also very happy about keeping up with Project 365 and am hoping to start work on a template this week. I decided to use all vertical pics for my project, which will make scrapping them that much easier. I think skipped days can be easily worked around, too. You could always fill that picture spot with patterned paper, embellishments, or extra journaling. I need to get mine uploaded with captions while they're still fresh in my mind. Picasa why are you doing this to me???!! LOL Any advice would be most appreciate :)
Which reminds me, the layout I'm using for my P365 pics is a Typepad layout under the "Design" tab. I chose the one where the pic displays next to the calendar.
Back to my off-the-charts crazy day job today - whew!
