Label Me Brushes! $1

As I was staring at Kenzie's sea of school supplies last week, I realized I needed to label everything. So, I got to work doodling some cute labels. I printed them on white sticker paper and let her color them/add her name.  Then I colored some digitally, added her name and printed them.  Then we cut them all out and stuck them on each of her supplies. Everything looked so cute...

These would be great for labeling lunches, toy bins, notebooks, as tags on gifts or to decorate cards. The possibilities are endless. You can also use them as brushes on layouts - like I did with the flower brush yesterday. So fun!

This is the first of many $1 products I hope to add in the future - you know how much I love a bargain :)

NEW! Land I Love Kit

Don't go fallin' off your chairs now - lol!  I know it's been forever since I finished a new kit, but I was feeling very patriotic last week and so I got to work.  I have so much fun making 4th of July kits that I couldn't resist making a new one this year.  And this one is versatile enough that it can be used for all kinds of everyday layouts, too.

Love Birds has arrived!

    

I put so many of my favorite things in these fun new kits - cute birdies, gorgeous stamps, a super cool alpha, flair, CHOCOLATE, and a very hip plum/magenta/grey color combo.  The stitched birdie trail is so much fun to play with, as are the fun word art pieces.  I'm looking forward to finding some time to scrap with it again real soon.

And the treat set was SO much fun to put together.  I went totally nuts adding new pieces this year!  We've got lollipop covers (SOO sweet), pillow box purses (adorable!), candy bar wrappers (regular and large sizes), treat toppers (always a fave), Rolo wrappers (Kenzie picked these for her classmates), small valentine cards, and 4x6 cards as well (by request).  There are 16 unique designs - 2 of each type, so definitely something for everyone.  See everything up close here.

Tom and I took tomorrow off to get the rest of our shopping done so I can start our wrapping, but we have a massive snowstorm coming through right now (yes, again!), so we may be snowed in.  Anyone want some snow?  ;)

I am VERY proud to say that I ordered my xmas cards and letters today.  I decided to make a card out of 4x6 print and ordered a whole slew of them for $30.  Then I called my local printer and had them print up a whole slew of bxw letters (with lots of photos) for $11.  I hope those turn out ok!  I'll definitely share them once I actually get them mailed.

Are we having fun yet??  Let's all deep breath together, shall we?

I'm so excited about this year's calendar toppers!  This set includes 12 month pages + an alternate month page and a beautiful cover (with room for 2 of your favorite photos!). 

Each month page has a sweet seasonal/holiday verse that will keep you feeling festive year round!  Pages are sized at a horizontal 8.5x11" and are super easy to put together.  Just drop your photo behind a page, save as a jpeg and upload for printing/delivery!

I'm going to put together a video tutorial next week on how to customize this set with your photos, for those of you who are still a little bit intimidated by this digi scrapping thing.  I think this is the perfect way way to get your feet wet and I'll show you just how easy it is :)

NEW goodies have arrived!

First up are my new Recipe Album Kits - so excited about these!  They're 8x8 size with 13 page templates in each set.  The files are flattened .pngs that you can slide your photos behind and type your recipes on top.  I've included a .png+ and .psd text template in each kit as well.  The font used in my samples is My Type of Font - download here.  I think these would make GREAT holiday gifts for friends, family, neighbors, teachers, or even as wedding/housewarming gifts.  Everyone loves cookbooks and this one could be extra special.

Then I have 3 NEW 2-page layered templates for use in Photoshop/Elements.  They are based on some of my favorite 2-page layouts and all have a timeline theme.  71 is a day in the life, 72 is over the years, and 73 is perfect for recording a birth story/party or change the title and make it whatever you'd like!  I posted 71 on my blog not too long ago and the other two layouts were for BHG special issues that I don't think I've shared until now.

CD Calendar Kits are here!

It's August, which means calendars are starting to creep into everyone's minds.  We're more than halfway through the year and there are only 127 days left until you-know-what!  The 2009 CD Calendar Kits are now up and I have some really fun stuff to go with them this year.  First are the CD Case Quick Fills, which make putting month pages together so easy and they end up looking amazing.  Then there's my first custom-designed calendar - Chic Blooms, which is perfect for friends, neighbors, teachers, family, hairdressers - you name it!  Just print and put in one of our new CD CALENDAR CASES and you're good to go!
